Delete Your Slick Steve Account

Last updated: August 12, 2026

You can permanently delete your Slick Steve account either inside the app or by sending a verified request to support.

Before You Delete

Deleting your Slick Steve account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store billing continues until you cancel. Cancel the subscription first in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings, then return to Slick Steve if you still want to delete the account.

Delete Inside the App

  1. Open Slick Steve and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account Details.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the subscription and permanent-deletion warning. Cancel any active store subscription before confirming Delete Anyway.

When the in-app request succeeds, the account and associated server data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Delete Individual Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can remove individual relationship profiles from Profiles and individual events or date reservations from Events. Private photobook photos can be removed from the photobook and are stored only on your device. To request deletion of a specific server record while keeping your account, email admin@slicksteve.com from your account email, identify the record, and complete any ownership verification. Verified selective-deletion requests are completed within 7 days unless retention is legally required.

Request Deletion Without the App

  1. Email admin@slicksteve.com from the email address used for your Slick Steve account.
  2. Use the subject “Slick Steve account deletion” and state that you want the account permanently deleted.
  3. Respond to any ownership-verification request. Verified requests are completed within 7 days.

Data That Is Deleted

Deletion removes your Slick Steve account and login identifiers, settings, relationship profiles, memories and notes, important dates and events, date plans and reservation recommendations, message suggestions, AI actions and recommendations, subscriptions and entitlements, notification records, app sessions, and usage records stored with your account.

Data That Is Not Part of the Account

Private photobook photos stored only on your device are not on the Slick Steve server, so remove those photos or delete the app to erase the local copies. Google Play or Apple may retain purchase records under their own legal and payment policies. Slick Steve does not use those provider records to recreate a deleted account.

Temporary AI Screenshot Data

Online-dating screenshots are processed in server memory for the analysis you request. Incomplete uploads expire within 10 minutes, and deleting an account clears any temporary screenshot upload or analysis data still associated with that account.
