Privacy Policy

Slick Steve is an AI relationship assistant for profiles, date planning, messages, events, gift ideas, and optional keyboard suggestions. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, login provider, and account status.
• Relationship profile information that you choose to save, including names, relationship status, preferences, notes, important dates, food allergies, favorite places, and gift ideas.
• Date planning information such as selected profile, city or location, budget, date, time, venue preferences, itinerary details, reservations, and optional ride-planning status.
• Message helper input that you type or paste when asking Slick Steve to generate suggestions.
• Online dating profile screenshots that you choose to upload for analysis.
• Usage and diagnostic information such as app opens, feature usage, server connection state, request timing, and error information.
• Approximate or precise location only when you allow location access or enter a location for date planning.

Photos

Private photobook photos are intended to stay on your device. Slick Steve does not upload private photobook photos to the app server. If you choose to upload a screenshot for the AI online dating analyzer, that screenshot is sent to the Slick Steve backend for analysis.

How We Use Information

• To provide core app features, including profiles, saved events, date plans, message suggestions, gift ideas, and account syncing.
• To personalize AI-generated suggestions using the information you provide.
• To check venues against preferences, budget, allergies, timing, weather, and location when planning dates.
• To improve reliability, debug errors, understand feature usage, and protect the service.
• To provide customer support and administrative account help.

AI Processing

Slick Steve may send your prompts, selected profile context, date planning details, or uploaded screenshots to backend AI services to generate responses. Do not enter information you do not want processed for the feature you are using.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may send only the information needed to service providers that help operate a requested feature, such as hosting, database, authentication, mapping, geocoding, venue search, weather, analytics, diagnostics, email, or support tools. Core generative AI processing is performed on Slick Steve's Madrid server. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the app, or the public.

Choices

• You can deny or revoke location, photos, contacts, and notification permissions in device settings.
• You can delete or edit relationship profiles, events, and app content inside the app where supported.
• You can permanently delete your account in Slick Steve under Settings > Account Details > Delete Account.
• You can also follow the web instructions on the Slick Steve account deletion page.

Data Retention

We keep account and app data while your account is active. A successful in-app account deletion removes the account and its associated server data from active Slick Steve systems immediately. Temporary screenshot uploads are held in memory only while the requested analysis is running and expire automatically within 10 minutes if an upload is not completed. Local-only photobook photos remain on your device unless you remove them or delete the app.

Children

Slick Steve is not intended for children under 13.
